Stonehouse Consultants have been retained as Quantity Surveyors for the private client working with DP Architects and main contractor Savvy Construction.

The project comprises the construction of a stunning new-build bespoke private residence of approximately 5000 sq ft in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. This substantial home comprises an attractive 5 bedroom detached property with linked stable block of brick and knapped flint walls, beam and block floor construction, ground-source heating, solid oak joinery, Sonos entertainment systems, solar PV and a heat recovery system.

This traditional home has a rural backdrop, but its design is sympathetic to its surroundings whilst offering the client a highly equipped luxury home. Completion is scheduled for October 2016.
